Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial/Insurance
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. We accept all major credit cards.
Please ask our Financial Coordinator, and we will review your payment options to accommodate your financial needs. We do have financing options available through CareCredit and Lending Club.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you as a courtesy.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
